In 1994, two well-known independent appraisal practices headed by Richard J. Duncan and John H. Brown merged to form Duncan & Brown. Senior associates Corey S. Dingman and Jasen D. Hansen assumed John Brown’s ownership position in the firm in 2006. Rick Duncan retired in 2019.
Corey and Jasen, together with staff appraisers and trainees, represent a combined 80 years of appraisal experience benefitting the local community.
